Noor Mustafa brings extensive experience in sales, customer engagement, and operations management. He has led US B2C solar panel campaigns, driven Australian energy market projects for Energy Australia, and worked in transcription for major US automotive brands through CallRevu. He later managed a 100+ member transcription team at Humanitic (a Callbox subsidiary). Currently, alongside leading Edire Tech, Noor manages major public sector contracts for a leading tech reseller, working with top OEMs including Dell, Juniper, Cisco, Microsoft, and Barracuda, and overseeing strategy, client relations, and service delivery.

Muhammad Shabbir has a strong background in scaling operations, business development, and customer support. He has worked with SquareTrade, managing day to day customer queries and complaints with a focus on service excellence. His experience includes managing US public sector contracts and fostering corporate client relationships, as well as handling enterprise accounts to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. At Edire Technoogies, Muhammad oversees operational strategy, team performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring the company consistently delivers on its promise.
